Founded by Marc Stephenson Strachan, VP of Multicultural Marketing at Diageo-NA and a MAIP 1981 alumnus, the MAIP Alumni Association (MAA) is a dynamic community of talented, multifaceted professionals, who continue to make diversity a priority. Through their involvement, MAIP alumni are able to maintain relationships with MAIP classmates, receive career-development assistance, and provide guidance to current MAIP fellows.
The MAIP Alumni Association wouldn't be where it is today without the leadership and commitment of the MAAEC. As activators of this community, the executive council is responsible for organizing seminars and networking events, leveraging initiatives with organizations working towards the similar goals, and working to amplify the MAIP brand proposition.
Over the past several years, the MAAEC has continued to evolve as a global, thought-leadership body, propelling this community forward and garnering increasing support and momentum from our industry partners.
